Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 25th November 2020 via Google Meet
Present: Cllrs L Williams (Chair), GA Thacker, R Coman, A White, P Williams & The Clerk
4 members of the public
Members of the public attended the meeting to express concerns regarding PA141907. The main concerns raised were the fact that the proposed site is not infill land as suggested on the application and 4 additional houses would cause highways safety issues. Members of the public confirmed that they had not received response from WLDC acknowledging their concerns or from Cllr J Summers.

2511/3 Minutes of Previous meeting to be approved and signed
The minutes of the Parish Council Meetings held on Wednesday 4th November 2020 were approved and signed as true and correct.
2511/4 Matters Arising- No matters arising.
2511/5 County Councillor's/District Councillor's Report
None present
2511/6 Planning matters: PA141907
Following representations from members of the public it was resolved that the council would write to reiterate the concerns of the residents. Main points include:- Vehicular access and highways safety issues and the fact that the land is high quality agricultural land and not infill as suggested. Parish council to request that if the application is granted some S106 money be awarded to the Council to use towards a playarea.
2511/7 Flood relief scheme and beck cleaning matters- Clerk reported that the landowner at the site of the slip has not been able to provide a quote for the remedial work due to a bereavement. Quote to follow in the near future.
